Baxley Funeral Home announces the death, visitation and celebration of life services for Mother Velma W. Lewis of Baxley who departed this life on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
Viewing and visitation services will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 5 to 7pm in the chapel of Baxley Funeral Home located at 477 Blackshear Hwy in Baxley, Georgia. Celebration of Life services for Mother Lewis will be on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 1pm at Thankful New Jersey Missionary Baptist Church located at 644 N. Main Street in Baxley, Georgia.
Interment will follow in the Old Field Memorial Gardens located off Ten Mile Hwy in Baxley, Georgia. Repast will follow at Thankful New Jersey Missionary Baptist Church.
