Baxley Funeral Home announces the passing of 58 year old LI 1 Lorenzo "Jeff "Jefferson of Jacksonville, Florida who departed this life on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Orange Park Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida after a brief illness.
Graveside services for Mr. Jefferson will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00am at
Oldfield Memorial Gardens located off of Ten Mile Highway in Baxley, Georgia.
Internment will follow at 4:00pm at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery located at
8819 US-301 in Glennville, Georgia.
