Baxley Funeral Home announces the death and funeral services of 91 years old Mr. Charles William Alderman who departed this life on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Memorial Health Care in Savannah, Georgia. Funeral services for Mr. Alderman will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 11:00 am at First African Missionary Baptist Church located at 154 Comas Street in Baxley. The body will lie in state from 9:00 am until the funeral hour. Burial will follow in the Surrency Grove Baptist Church Cemetery located at 410 Burkett Street in Surrency. The repast will be held in the First African Missionary Baptist Church Social Hall. The family is receiving friends and lineup for the funeral at the home of Mrs. Minnie Barnes located at 349 Patterson St in Baxley.
